Brewed as a traditional porter with a finish of vanilla. Medium bodied, smooth feel, and excellent finish. A true porter shines in its medium body and hints of coffee from the roasted malts, sure to have you coming back for more.

Mango Sour

The Mango sour delivers a light body malt with a kettle sour finish. Exceptionally refreshing with a below-average acidic level, the mango sour will have you enjoying the different sides of the traditional ale, with a mango aroma and finish.

Sipo Wheat (Returning Soon)

Mk.2 of our Medium body wheat ale brewed with orange peel and coriander, delivering a subtle sweetness and light hop finish. This time a bit more body to round out the orange peel.

Passion Fruit Wheat (Returning Soon)

Sipo Wheat with a passionate twist. PF-Wheat brings a fruity blast of passion fruit backed by a medium wheat body all while keeping notes of the original orange peel and coriander.

Piney Woods DIPA

This malty throwback is sure to give your taste buds an herby ride. Dry hopped with fresh sage, crushed juniper berries and centennial hops this brew packs a complex punch with a nice body to blend it all together.

Marrón Ale

Light brown ale. The Marrón delivers traditional brown ale notes of lightly roasted grain and smooth body with a Mexican lager finish. Try with a splash of lime.

May IPA

Newest edition in our quest for the juiciest IPA. The May IPA brings tropical flavors with a medium body. Zero dry hops added, so every fruity note is from out boil. Packing a deceiving 111 IBU's while being rounded out with a malty finish this summer IPA is a smash.

M-IPA

Our first of many experimental Juicy IPA Styles. This ale features over 35lbs of low bittering hops added for pure juicy flavor. Mandarina is the main hop used in the finish.

Inspired by the fruit forward IPA movement. This semi-session Hazy IPA delivers a refreshing tropical fruit flavor all backed by 60lb of hops and a low ABV to keep you safely quenched.
